How the day actually runs
A typical afternoon event. Times shift to suit your venue — but the shape stays the same.

Crew on site early. Rides built, levelled and cabled while the venue is still quiet.

Test & sign off
Safety checks, barriers and signage. Your organiser gets a walkthrough and the paperwork pack.

Gates open
Rides running with our operators on each one, managing queues and keeping it moving.

Derig & away
Packed down and the ground swept once the last guest leaves. You go home; we clear up.
